Jason Derulo Joins ‘Cats’ Movie Alongside Taylor Swift
The cast of the ‘Cats’ musical film is just getting more and more star-studded! Jason Derulo is the latest to join alongside Taylor Swift and others.

It looks like the Cats movie won’t be one to miss, as the cast just keeps getting better. Jason Derulo is the latest to sign on!
This will mark Derulo’s acting debut, and he’ll be in great company. After all, the cast includes Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, Ian McKellen, and Idris Elba. Derulo is set to play Rum Tum Tugger, a rebellious character.

Billboard reports Tom Hooper is directing the film and adapted the famous musical with Lee Hall for the big screen.
For those worried that the movie won’t live up to the musical, don’t worry! The project is in great hands. Steven Spielberg, Andrew Lloyd Weber (the Cats musical composer), and Angela Morrison are executive producing.
