Jamie Lynn Spears announced the birth of her baby girl today! Her husband, Jamie Watson, and her first daughter were both there for the birth of Ivey Joan.
The baby weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches. Jamie Lynn told People Magazine:
“We are beyond excited to welcome this beautiful baby girl to our family! Her middle name, Joan, is to honor my Aunt Sandra, who passed away 10 years ago from ovarian cancer. She was the most graceful woman I’ve ever known.”

The singer first announced her pregnancy in December on her Instagram. Ivey Joan is the couple’s first baby together. Jamie Lynn had her first-born, Maddie, with her then-boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.
