James Corden Tries Mark Wahlberg’s Workout Routine, Instantly Regrets It [WATCH]

James Corden joined Mark Wahlberg, to take part in the intense morning workout schedule and routine that Wahlberg faithfully follows each morning.

After Mark Wahlberg shared his intense workout schedule and routine on social media, many people were amazed at the actor’s dedication.

One of the people impressed was talk show host, James Corden. After learning from Wahlberg’s Instagram stories that the actor wakes up at 2:30 a.m. and completes two workouts at 3:40 and 5:15, Corden decided to give it a shot.

According to EW, the Late Late Show host joined Wahlberg in his workout regimen, and the glorious results were all captured on video. Corden is seen struggling to wake up before the crack of dawn, following Wahlberg’s tight morning schedule. After meeting at Wahlberg’s home, Mark put Corden through his routine stretches and workouts. 

Wahlberg explained to Corden how to start getting in “top top shape”, with the talk show host firing back that he was fine settling with “bottom bottom shape”. After a montage of grueling exercises and cardio routines, Corden’s confidence seemed to grow — until he discovered that he had only just finished the warm-up.

Corden then gave props to Wahlberg on his hustle and dedication, before promptly ducking out and presumably heading back to bed.
