Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this single dish will set you back some BIG money! The Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata (omelette) costs $1,000-$2,000 according to Guinness World Records!

This omelette can be found on the menu at Norma’s restaurant, Le Parker Meridien Hotel, New York City. It contains 10 oz. of caviar, a full lobster, potatoes, eggs, and cheese. Norma’s makes $38,000 a year on the dish! Sounds expensively delicious right?! Take a look on how it’s made below!
