Google Has Created A New Animated Video Celebrating Mister Rogers [WATCH]
A new animated video was released by Google, celebrating the anniversary of the premiere of ‘Mister Rogers Neighborhood’ and the impact it had on its viewers.

Google has a released a new animated video, celebrating the 51’s anniversary of the premiere of Mister Roger’s Neighborhood. The classic children’s program first aired on September 21, 1967, and ran until 2000.
The video, from Google’s ‘Google Doodle’ video series, is animated primarily in stop-motion. The animated figure of Fred Rogers dances through the familiar sights and locations of the show, with his song, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor”, playing in the background.
According to Entertainment Weekly, this anniversary celebration comes after the release of the critically celebrated documentary, Won’t You Be My Neighbor. The documentary released 3 months ago, and focused on Fred Roger’s life and career. The film also celebrated Roger’s influence in children’s programming, and the message of love he championed for all his viewers both young and old.
