Free 2020 Tax Help For Residents In Sacramento Area

Tax season can be SO confusing, but good news – you can get them done as smoothly as possible for FREE!

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) programs are helping people get their taxes done without any hassle. Now until the April tax deadline, VITA can help certain people prepare their taxes for FREE according to the City of Sacramento website. The VITA service is available to people who made $60,000 or less in 2019. VITA free tax preparation is available at the following sites in the Sacramento area:

South Natomas Community Center
2921 Truxel Road
Dates of Service: January 28th to April 9th, 2020
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 10 am to 12 pm

Oak Park Community Center
3425 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
Dates of Service:  March 6th – April 9th, 2020
Fridays and Thursday, 1:30 – 3 pm

Sam and Bonnie Pannell Community Center

Dates of Service: January 31st to April 10th, 2020
