🔴 #10YearChallenge Accepted 🔴 2009 vs. 2019 | 300 lbs vs. 200 lbs. #HowHardHasAgingHitYouChallenge – obvi a lot has changed for me over the decade. My #weightlossjourney and old pics of me has been something I’ve kept off social media, until now. • • Stepping out of my comfort zone to share a picture of myself before my #weightlosssurgery 10 years ago. If you knew the girl on the left side, we def go wayyy back! Lol! Surgery helped boost my confidence, self-esteem, and self love, kinda feels like it saved my life in a way. Dropping 100 lbs. felt like I was given a new life to live and I was gonna live it to the fullest! • • If I could go back in time, I’d say THANK YOU BOO to that girl on the left for overcoming all the struggles/setbacks that happened over the last decade. Note to self: When things get tough and you feel like giving up, just remember that your future self will be so grateful for your perseverance. Let’s see how far we go in the next 10 years and beyond 💯🏆💖🤘🏼#onairwithvicki #transformationtuesday
