A couple did things a little more on the unconventional side after deciding to use puppies in their wedding, rather than bouquets of flowers.

This has to go down as the most adorable weddings ever, not because it was sweet, but because the couple used puppies! Everywhere you look – more puppies. They were all adoptable, and most of them wound up actually getting adopted at the end. It’s a puppy bouquet – a barquet!

The couple, Kyle Morris and Brian Seals, met while working together with an animal rescue. That rescue, called Partners 4 Pets, is where all the puppies in the wedding came from. Animals are very important to the two of them, and come on, it’s puppies, how adorable. “We thought it would be an amazing way to get the dogs out of the cage for the day and a way for people to see the dogs and get some attention to Partners 4 Pets,” said Brian.

The hard part was figuring out how to incorporate the puppies into the wedding. I mean, you could just have them run around all over the place (which truly wouldn’t be bad). Kyle decided that they would have the groomswomen hold a puppy instead of a bouquet. It worked, and “everyone loved it,” says Brian. While he and Kyle didn’t end up adopting any of the pups, 8 of the 10 used in the wedding were adopted in the days following the September 8th wedding. Here’s some more information on the puppies and the wedding.
