Check Out Simon Cowell’s $25 Million Malibu Property [PICS]
Simon Cowell just dropped a significant chunk of change on a new house down in Malibu, and that has us wondering if a new show is coming.

$25 Million is a lot, even for Malibu, but Simon Cowell wrote the check and picked up his keys to a new place in the hills down there.
It’s a 10,000 square foot, 7-bedroom place. It’s right off the PCH, has ocean views, modern-styled interior… That includes a fireplace next to the jacuzzi, which is all next to floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the amazing view of the ocean. There’s an equally stunning, what looks like marble, fireplace in the living room – well, fireplaces in every room, really.
The pool looks fantastic, and the house overall looks like great spot to be. What we’re getting at is that the house is amazing, and it’s in addition to his OTHER L.A. home that he dropped $15.5 million on a few years ago. No word on if he’s selling that place or not (likely), but this new home will be a “sort of” used home for when he’s staying here in the ‘States, since his full-time residence is in London. The former “American Idol” judge has a lot of travelling to do between episodes of “The X-Factor,” “Britain’s Got Talent,” “America’s Got Talent,” “Got Talent,” ….
We’re wondering though – is Simon aware of something we’re not? Maybe he just wanted a new place, but what if there’s some new show on the horizon that he’s a part of, and he might be making a more permanent move to California? We haven’t heard rumors, but it’s something to think about.
It’s seriously a beautiful place, and we couldn’t even imagine staying at a hotel that even half-way resembles the home. A gorgeous house, congratulations to Simon.
