Yes, Brad Pitt is unmistakingly Brad Pitt, so why is he using a different name for dating? No, he’s not trying to “trick” anyone, he’s actually going by his first name, William. Yep, his name is actually William Bradley Pitt.
He’s been “casually” dating, and he introduces himself by that name. Sources say he uses it to “flirt,” and one story appears to prove that, as well as suggest that it’s actually working. As he was in a coffee shop in SoCal, he was talking to a woman (reported to look a lot like Kate Bosworth), and he apparently hit it off pretty well. After introducing himself as “William,” the woman (named Lydia) responded with “Oh, you look more like a Bradley.” He replied that it was his middle name before smiling and winking. He left, she said “nice to meet you Bradley … I mean William.” They laughed, and he rode off on his motorcycle.
A person close to Brad says that while he is dating, he’s only really been on a couple dates and so far hasn’t found anything “serious.” The source says that “it’s complicated for him to date and not a huge priority in his life.” It’s been almost a year and a half since Angelina filed for divorce from Brad.
