In case you haven’t heard, the Winter Olympics are in full-force. Speaking of full, there’s a very big reason the male Luge athletes are trending on Twitter, and it has a lot to do with their tight outfits.
To put it as bluntly as possible, not that we need to, there’s very little being left to the imagination with these outfits. Also, it’s been an interesting year for outfits and wardrobe malfunctions already at the Olympics in just the few days they’ve been happening. Just ask Yura Min about her top that almost completely came off during her figure skating routine. Hopefully nothing else like that happens, but for now, we’ve got what some are referring to the “bulge cam.”
My favorite part of luge is the bulge cam moment right after they lie down at the start.#Olympics

For the actual pictures that have been shared, but be prepared for obvious, you know, anatomy – check here.
HOWEVER, of course this is raising some criticism too, for obvious reasons. If it were women, this probably wouldn’t be generating nearly as much attention in the same way, although there are those on Twitter who are saying that it’s objectifying men:
If you guys are gonna be so opposed to objectifying women then the same needs to go to men too

I came here to point out the glaring double standard about objectifying bodies…..but y’all have beat me to it. Thank the lort….because I’m rapidly losing faith in humanity when I see articles like this.

So there’s support on both sides of the argument. Nevertheless though, the pics are trending, and we’re reporting on that topic. So if you’re excited, here you go – if you’re opposed, we argued that side as well. Like we said earlier, there would be absolute uproar if these pictures were of women, so how ’bout society’s double standard?
