Ariana Grande looked so stunning last night on her BBC TV special on Thursday night. We love how personal our girl was with fans about music, love and personal issues she faces daily plus her performance of “God is a Woman” was so stellar! Watch below!
Ariana Grande has shared what it’s really like living with anxiety in a special BBC TV show. According to Cosmopolitan, she feels guilty about struggling with anxiety. During her interview, she said quote:
“You have ups and downs and sometimes you’ll go weeks at a time where you will be crushing it and there will be no anxiety, then something will happen that can trigger it and then you have a couple of down days.”

She also gave the best advice to others who also deal with anxiety saying quote:
“It takes hard work and practice and therapy and self-care—and so much love,” she said. “It’s just in your head and it’s just so crazy how powerful it is…The most important thing is to remember that…everybody has this. Talk to your loved ones, reach out to people, especially your friends online.”
Ariana Grande hit the road on her Sweetener World Tour in January 2019, and lucky us, her tour stops in Sac on May 3rd at the Golden 1 Center. Here are the tour deets!
