During Amy Adams’ recent appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, and she explained she needed to say sorry. More specifically, she wanted to apologize to both Christina Applegate and Jennifer Aniston for being “very rude.”
According to E! News, the actress revealed she has accidentally been calling the two and hanging up for months. Adams said:
“Christina Applegate — she’s at the top of my call list and I have fat cheeks. And I keep accidentally calling her when I smile during other phone calls. And then I don’t say anything and hang up, which is really rude.”
Unfortunately, this isn’t a one or two-time accident; Adams estimates she’s called Applegate 300 times in two months. She also always hangs up before Applegate can pick up, and she feels bad about it:
“It’s not nice. So, I apologize.”

When it comes to Jennifer Aniston, Adams accidentally FaceTimed her while she was in bed. She explained:
“I’m not sure it connected. So, who knows what happened there… I’m very very sorry. It’s very rude.”
However, if she accidentally calls them again, Amy Adams promises she will actually say hello!
