Amtrak Offering Rides To 49ers Playoff Game At Levi’s Stadium

49ers fans, looking to watch the big playoff game live this Saturday, can look to Amtrak for offering easy train rides in and out of the stadium.

For fans looking to watch the 49ers play their first playoff game of the season on Saturday, January 11, Amtrak is offering an easy way to get to the big game.

Amtrak offers direct service to Levi’s Stadium, through the Santa Clara-Great America Station, and is holding a special 50% off Winter Weekends fare deal as well. Through Amtrak, fans would be able to easily get in and out of the stadium, avoiding the stress that may come from traffic and having to find parking at the big game. Additionally, fans that take the train are able to get started early on their tailgating, through the drinks and snacks offered in the train’s Cafe Car.

Game 1: NFL Divisional Round

  • Opponent: Minnesota Vikings
    Date & Time: Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 1:35 PM
  • For travel to the game: Fans can take Train 729 to the Santa Clara-Great America Station, which is a short, five-minute walk to Levi’s Stadium. Train 729 is scheduled to arrive at Santa Clara-Great America at 11:37am.
  • Return trip: Trains 742 and 744 will depart the Santa Clara-Great America Station at 5:23pm and 6:53pm, respectively. For passengers who might need to leave earlier, Train 738 departs the station at 4:26pm.
