Adam From Fountains Of Wayne Has Died

You might remember Fountain of Wayne’s huge hit song, ‘Stacey’s Mom’? We LOVED that song! Well, there’s sad news to report today. The co-founder and keyboardist from the band, Adam Schlesinger, has passed away from the coronavirus. He was 52.

TMZ.com reports:

“Adam’s attorney, Josh Grier, says Schlesinger died Wednesday as a result from coronavirus complications. He was 52. RIP.“

There were earlier reports that Adam was on a ventilator and was in a medically induced coma prior to him passing away, but those reports are unconfirmed. 

Rest in peace, Adam.
