A freak accident landed a young woman in the hospital after she was applying her makeup in a moving car…
DailyMail.co.uk says that the young woman was a passenger in the back of cab and while she was applying eyeliner, the driver rear-ended a car and her eyeliner pencil went right through her eye! The article says that after the cab driver struck the back of another car, the woman was thrusted forward where “she hit the seat in front, accidentally thrusting the pencil into her left eye.”
The article does have pictures (but they’re not for the squeamish).
Luckily, the paramedics who treated the woman said that the eyeliner pencil “missed the vital parts of her eye and her sight will be unaffected.”
