Taylor Swift & Katy Perry Officially End Long-Running Feud [PIC]
After years of subtle and not-quite-so-subtle jabs at each other, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry are back on good terms after one sent the other a literal olive branch.

After years of subtle and not-quite-so-subtle jabs at each other, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry are officially good again.
According to TMZ, Swift shared a present she received from Perry on the opening night of her Reputation Tour.
Inside, Swift found a literal olive branch and a handwritten note from Perry herself. For those who don’t know, an olive branch is a historic symbol of peace.

The note further expressed Perry’s feelings of wanting to move beyond their public bickering. The letter begins with:
“Hey old friend, I have been doing some reflecting on past miscommunications and hurt feelings between us. I really want to clear the air …”
While it’s unclear what was said beyond that, that’s likely for the best. Whatever caused the drama between the two should probably stay between them.

Swift clearly appreciated the gesture, as she captioned her video with hearts and a thank you to Perry. She also said:
“So I just got to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch. This means so much to me.”
We are so happy these two were able to work it out, and we hope to hear a musical collaboration in the future!
