Storm Breaks Record Rainfall In Sacramento, Drops Over 3 Inches Of Rain

If it feels like we’ve gotten hit with a lot of rain in Sacramento, it’s because we actually have! A record-breaking amount!

If it feels like we’ve gotten hit with a lot of rain in Sacramento, it’s because we have! A record-breaking amount!

Sacbee.com says that the record-setting storm dropped 2.38 inches of rain in downtown Sacramento yesterday!

TheĀ National Weather Service Sacramento Tweeted out more rainfall totals for other parts of Norcal. They say that over the last 48 hours, we’ve had 3.5 inches of rain downtown! The rain is expected to taper off by this afternoon in Sacramento.
