According to MTO News, Rost recently had her kids taken away by the courts. For months, the reality star’s been in the midst of a vicious custody battle with her ex-husband, Dr. James Orsinsi.
However, the courts recently sided with Orsinsi, forcing her to give up her kids to her ex. While it’s still not clear why Rost lost custody of her kids, she’s not staying quiet about it.

Katie Rost recently took to Instagram to vent her anger over the situation. In her post, she revealed that she hasn’t seen her children in over a month. On top of that, she’s also had the police called on her the last two times she tried to have parenting time.
