Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s third child, Chicago West, has made her first public appearance.

TMZ is reporting that Kim took the baby to her pediatrician on Thursday, and the paparazzi got the moment on camera.

While Kim tried to keep some privacy, Chicago was still visible to many watching.

During the visit, the reality star was accompanied by her bodyguard and nanny. However, Kanye was not able to make the appointment.

As it turns out, the rapper is in Europe right now. According to People, he’s working, being creative, and doing his own thing. No word yet on when he’ll be back to help with the baby, but it looks like Kim has it handled.
