There are rumors about most celebrities – all of them really – about who has or hasn’t had some kind of plastic surgery, and Katy Perry has been on both sides of the rumors for a long time. Well, she’s finally come clean about her plastic surgery (or lack thereof) and gave her opinion on what it means to her.

Katy says that she has had a couple procedures done, but those procedures were just lasers and filler injections, she says. “I’ve done lasers and got [filler] injections under my eyes for the hollowing…but all of my assets are real.” By “assets,” she’s talking about – well, we don’t really have to explain that one. Katy says she’s done almost everything she can besides plastic surgery, adding that she’s done hair coloring, different styles, different makeup and styles, all sorts of things, but says she won’t do plastic. But Katy does, however, encourage women to get plastic surgery, but there are stipulations. She says that she gives full support if you want it, saying that if you’re sure it will make you happy, then go for it. BUT, she does recommend you try to feel better “from within” before stepping up to plastic surgery. “Of course, always be your authentic self — but if someone wants a nose job that makes them feel better, and they love their profile more because of it, it’s like ‘Go ahead!’ Do whatever makes you feel better about yourself. Stay in therapy, but get it, girl.”
