Kardashian-Jenner Family Responds To Blac Chyna’s Lawsuit
Blac Chyna filed a suit against the Kardashian-Jenners for slut shaming and the cancellation of ‘Rob & Chyna.’ The family has finally responded.

Earlier this year, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against Kim and Rob Kardashian and Kris Jenner for slut shaming on social media and for the cancellation of reality show Rob & Chyna. The three have responded by asking the judge to dismiss the suit.
The Kardashian-Jenner family wrote in their response that they have the right “to express opinions about situations involving their loved ones. That is all Defendants are alleged to have done here, and it is simply not actionable conduct,” reports Entertainment Tonight.
They also pointed out that they had nothing to do with E!’s cancellation of Rob & Chyna, adding that the restraining order that Chyna filed and was granted against Rob made it impossible to film a second season:
“No trier of fact could possibly find that it was reasonably probable that a second season of Rob & Chyna would have been picked up and filmed.”
