Justin Bieber has been repairing a lot of things in his life, and most recently he’s been catching up with his dad, sharing this nice message.

Justin Bieber has been doing a lot of soul-searching this year after cancelling his Purpose tour. He’s calmed down a bit, he’s getting into a lot less trouble, he’s back together with his ex Selena Gomez, and now he’s repairing a sort of strained relationship with his father, Jeremy.
Justin has had a close-but-sometimes-strained relationship with his mother, but he didn’t really know his father growing up. He was raised by his mother in a single-parent home and they were very close, but over the past few years their relationship has been getting a little less happy. He even said in an interview last year that he’s “closer to my dad than I am to my mom.”
On Monday he shared this post to Instagram, detailing the relationship he’s had with his dad recently. In it he says “I love continuing to get to know my father. I love working through hard things to get to the good things. Relationships are worth fighting for especially with family!! Love you forever and always daddy!” They’ve certainly been spending more time together recently, and have even been spotted out-and-about together. Hopefully it’s a good thing, and continues to be good. And maybe things between him and his mother can be repaired too. But we’re curious if his new relationship with dad might have something to do with the crumbling relationship with mom. Time will tell, I guess.
