Jaden Smith has become well-known now for his cryptic tweets. Many have trouble deciphering his meaning, and it turns out that he does, too!

The 20-year-old sat down with The Huffington Post to translate his weirdest tweets. When the publication brought up one from 2014 that read “If A Cup Cake Falls From A Tree How Far Away Will It Be From Down. #Jupiter,” Smith couldn’t remember what it meant.

“I really don’t know where my head was at with that one,” he said. “That was like an abstract painting in the form of words. The visuals that get created in your mind when you say that sentence, I created those visuals in your mind.”

Oh, and, of course, the Post asked about Smith’s most famous tweet from 2013: “How Can Mirrors Be Real If Our Eyes Aren’t Real”. It turns out that this one has a pretty legitimate meaning! He was referring to a study scientists conducted that compared eyes to mirrors.

“We take in the information upside down and then the brain flips it right side up so that we can see it right side up,” he explained. “And I was like, if we take in the raw visual information upside down and mirrors portray things in reverse, then they’re not real. We’re living in the Matrix.”
