Home Delivery Of Five Pound Cinnamon Roll

A company made a mail-order, 5-pound cinnamon roll, and it’s just what I’d take time off of work to enjoy.

That’s right, “home delivery” and “5-pound cinnamon roll” were just used in the same sentence. It’s like a birthday cake, but a cinnamon roll instead. Did I mention it’s a 5-pound cinnamon roll? Apparently I really like cinnamon rolls – I haven’t been this excited about something in a while. Not since my dog actually caught the ball – and that was pretty exciting.

They say it’s fit for 40 people, and it certainly appears so. It’s 80-ounces (5 pounds), and comes with plenty of the frosting to go around. It’s a typical roll too, made the same way as usual. Layers of dough, icing on top, the right amount of cinnamon per bite (we assume). And it’s all available for home delivery. The maker will send it to you cold, and it even comes with heating instructions for a conventional oven AND a microwave. They really covered their bases here. It will take a bit of time in the microwave for it to get hot though. Also – it might not even fit in yours.

A company called Wolferman’s makes it. They’re an online-based “gourmet bakery.” They sell tons (probably literally) of desserts and other baked things daily, and this 5-pound cinnamon roll is their latest offering. It costs about $50, but it feeds about 40 people, so if you end up splitting that cost with people, it’s not so bad. Heck, I’d almost be willing to pay it just for myself, but I’ll probably end up regretting every penny, and I just don’t want my dentist to yell at me. He’s scary. Here’s a little more about the cinnamon roll, and here it is on Wolferman’s website.
