With all the horrible allegations Harvey Weinstein is facing, it’s no surprise that many don’t think highly of him. However, a recent dinner at a Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant really bought things to a head…

According to TMZ, the disgraced producer was eating with his sober coach on Tuesday night when two men sat at a table next to him. One of them, named Steve, quickly came up to Weinstein to ask for a photo. While Steve claims Weinstein “became belligerent and told him to buzz off,” the restaurant’s manager said he very politely said no. She also said that Steve and Weinstein shook hands before parting.

However, at around 9 p.m. that night, both Weinstein and Steve were preparing to leave at the same time. Steve, who had become very drunk by this time, told his friend to start recording on his phone before approaching the producer again. Upon seeing him, Steve began calling him out about the sexual assault allegations before throwing punches.

Although Weinstein managed to avoid getting hit, he did fall stumble and almost fall.

The friend filming then asked Harvey if he wanted to call the police, but he said no and left.
