Bruno Mars Sued For Posting A Childhood Photo Of Himself [PIC]

After Bruno Mars posted a childhood photo of himself, the photographer sued for copyright infringement!

This seems strange to me that Bruno Mars is being sued for posting a picture of himself.

Here’s the deal, Bruno posted this pic for “Way Back Wednesday” back in June. The picture is of him when he was 3 or 4 years old. You can see the picture HERE.

The photographer who snapped this picture, Catherine Mcgann says she took this picture back in 1989 when Bruno was already very popular for performing Elvis hits. She is saying he never got permission to use her copyrighted work. This isn’t just some small lawsuit either, she’s going after Bruno and his record label, Warner Music, for damages and all profits they earned from her photo.
