Bon Iver Plays Unreleased Song During Show [VIDEO]

He performed the song on stage solo with just a keyboard, introducing it saying, ‘It’s new and it’s not even quite done, but I just wanted to play it for y’all.’

On Dec. 3, Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon debuted a new song during his set in Richmond, Virginia.

He performed the song on stage solo with just a keyboard, introducing it saying, “It’s new and it’s not even quite done, but I just wanted to play it for y’all.”

In true Bon Iver fashion, the song is melancholic and emotional. Here’s hoping we get an official release soon (or, even better, a new album).
